The Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills, Mr. Younes Sekkouri, held discussions yesterday, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, with the Regional Director of UN Women in the Arab States, Ms. Susanne Mikhail.

The meeting, which is part of ongoing efforts to promote decent work and sustainable employment, provided an opportunity to discuss initiatives aimed at enhancing women’s participation in the labor market in Morocco.

During these discussions, ways to strengthen the partnership between the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills and UN Women were explored. The focus was on aligning the efforts of both parties with national priorities to enhance the impact of their cooperation, particularly regarding the development of projects that encourage women’s economic empowerment.
