Rules of procedure of the documentation center

The Documentation Center is intended for managers from the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training as well as researchers, students, academics and officials from other organizations. It is responsible for collecting, processing and disseminating information for the benefit of its users. It is a lsoresponsible for managing the Department’s documentation.

The Center is entrusted with supervising the documentation of this information and data, as well as the following tasks:

  • Collecting, processing and archiving documents, facilitating access to them and facilitating their search.
  • The development of information applications in order to disseminate information and adjust and arrange so as to facilitate the organization and subject to the process of exploration.
  • Preparing updated regulations for documents acquired by the Documentation and Information Center.
  • Setting up an electronic window for the documentation of the Ministry’s electronic portal in order to generalize its use.
  • Strengthen cooperation and coordination between the Documentation Center and similar documentation centers and strengthen exchange relations between them.

As for the documentary balance of the Documentation Center, the latter includes references and books on various topics including: employment, employment, social protection, economics, statistics, as well as documents of a general nature.

The documentary balance of the Ministry will be enriched with references and documents obtained through the acquisition of the knowledge balance of the Labour Fund Management Documentation Center.

The Center also includes about 1200 references distributed among books, magazines and reference documents: dictionaries, encyclopedias and scientific guides.

The Center for Documentation and Information of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training visits a number of researchers specialized in several fields, and in order to access documents and information on the spot, as well as the ministry’s employees are also intended to borrow references to their fields of work or to carry out research related to their fields of work.
