Improve the employability of jobseekers through the acquisition of job skills for duly identified or potential job positions.
CONSISTENCY : Three training devices:
GOAL
- Contractualized Training for Employment.
- Qualifying or Reconversion Training.
- Training for the benefit of emerging sectors.
Goal :
Allow job seekers (with a poor profile) to acquire the skills required to fill identified jobs.
Target population :
Graduate jobseekers registered with ANAPEC who have been selected by a company or a professional association as part of a recruitment action.
Duration and cost of the training :
- Training capped at 600 hours per participant.
- Average State contribution of 10,000 dh per beneficiary.
- Maximum amount of up to 24,000 dirhams (newly created companies, companies launching an investment project, or operating in new businesses).
Eligible Training Operators:
- Public and private vocational training and higher education institutions.
- Training consulting firms selected by the regional employment committee.
Goal :
Facilitate the integration of young graduates with integration difficulties through the acquisition of professional skills and the adaptation of their profiles to the needs of the labour market.
Target population :
Graduate job seekers enrolled in ANAPEC, with at least a bachelor’s degree, who require a reorientation towards training courses to develop skills required by companies.
Duration and cost of the training:
- Maximum contribution of 10,000 dh per beneficiary without exceeding 18,000 dh per candidate in the following cases:
- Training in one of the new professions (Emergence, NTIC …)
- Anticipation of training needs for regional and sectoral investment projects.
- Duration: 1 year maximum.
- Maximum contribution of 10,000 dh per beneficiary without exceeding 18,000 dh per candidate in the following cases:
Eligible Training Operators :
- Public and private vocational training and higher education institutions.
- training consultancies selected by the regional employment committee.
Goal :
- Successfully recruit human resources by developing their skills.
- Meet the continuing training needs of employees (2nd and 3rd years after hiring).
State contribution to adaptation training :
- From 22,000 to 66,000 dhs for the automotive sector.
- From 20,000 to 60,000 dhs for the aerospace and electronics sectors
- From 12,000 to 65,000 dhs for the offshoring sector.
- Training for hiring (1st year).
- Continuing education (2nd and 3rd years after hiring).
Training Operators
- Public or private institutions and consulting firms (foreign y.c).
Methods of implementation
- Start of the training after filing the file (at the ANAPEC counter), before ANAPEC signature and visa of the State Controller.
- Training provided according to a training plan
- Validation of joint assets by the employer and the training operator
- Payment no later than 60 days after receipt of the correct file.
