Social security agreements with foreign countries.
Exceptional derogation
In case of exceptional derogation, the relevant departments of the DPST may require the presentation of the following documents:
Extension of detachment
In the case of a detachment in Morocco:
Presentation by the company to which the seconded employee reports the request for extension to the affiliated institution.
Communication of the request by the liaison agency or the competent authority of the country of usual employment to the Directorate of Social Protection of Workers (DSPW) of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training.
Examination of the request by the DSPW in coordination with the NSSF. In the event of a delay, documents for the processing of the file may be requested from the foreign social security liaison agency, namely:
Copy of the employment contract.
Copy of the initial release form.
Declaration of secondment indicating the period of secondment and the function of the person concerned.
Transmission of the response directly to the requesting liaison agency.
In the case of a secondment in a foreign country bound with Morocco by a social security agreement:Presentation by the company to which the seconded employee belongs to the request for extension to the National Social Security Fund (see NSSF website).
Exceptional derogation
In case of exceptional derogation, the relevant departments of the DPST may require the presentation of the following documents:
Letter of motivation indicating the tasks and the nature of the function of the person concerned.
Supporting documents regularizing the situation of the person concerned.
