FOLLOW-UP OF THE GOVERNANCE BODIES OF THE:

CNSS (national social security fund):

Public institution under the administrative supervision of the minister in charge of labor.

According to the Dahir law no° 1-72-184 of 15 Joumada II 1392 (July 27, 1972) on the social security system, the management of social security is ensured by the national social security fund.

Administrative supervision and monitoring of governance bodies and the Minister:

Monitoring the composition of CA and preparing the decree appointing directors.
Presidency of the work of MCS of the national social security fund (CNSS).
Approval of the budget jointly with the MEF.
Review of decision made by CA.
Approval of the rules of procedure by decree.
Approval of staff regulations by decree.
Determination of the salary used to calculate contributions and their rate by decree for all guaranteed benefits.
Determination of the conditions AF and their amount.
Adjustment of invalidity (disability), old age and survivors pensions.
Approval of the organization chart jointly with the MEF.
Determination of death benefit by decree.

MFHI:

Public institution manager of the compulsory health insurance for the public sector and for the students, created on October 18, 2018 following the adoption of the law 94-18 approving the decree 2-18-781 which decided to replace the CNOPS in his missions of compulsory health insurance. The MFHI manages the compulsory health insurance of the public sector (the low 65-00) and the compulsory health insurance of the students (the low 116-12).

Administrative supervision and monitoring of governance bodies by the minister:

Monitoring the composition of CA and preparing the decree appointing directors.
Approval of the budget jointly with the MEF.
Approval of the administrative organization jointly with the MEF.
Participation in the work of the committees responsible for monitoring the achievements of CHI’s financial and accounting audits.
Proposal of draft decrees in coordination with the relevant ministerial departments relating to the governance of the fund and the determination of contribution rates and coverage rates for health and membership services and enrollment in the scheme.
