Indemnity paid to a private sector employee who involuntarily loses his job and who is actively looking for a new job. It is a replacement income for employees who have lost their jobs for a period of up to 6 months.
Eligibility conditions: To have a total of 780 days of wage declarations during the last 36 months preceding the date of job loss, including 260 days during the last 12 months preceding the date of loss of employment.
Amount of the allowance: 70% of the reference salary (average monthly salary declared for the last 36 months) without exceeding the amount of the legal minimum wage.
